Attachment in Smartsheet

Hi All ,

I use to have a trail Smartsheet account and its was working perfect with drag and dop files for the attachment but after i obtain the corporate license the only way to attached file ids from google drive !! Any idea why that happen???

Hi Nicola, it sounds like your account SysAdmin disabled the ability for members of your account to upload or attach from anything except Google Drive which is why you are only seeing this after joining the account. You can contact your SysAdmin to confirm this.
