Is anyone out there using smartsheet for social media management and client approvals? We are dealing with a high volume social media content calendar that requires client approval on social media copy and any design work. The process touches multiple persons throughout the process and we have an extremely difficult time staying organized and up-to-date managing this every month. I would love any insight if there are others out there doing something similar that is working for you!

Reports helped us a lot when needing to get approvals from different departments/clients/etc. Essentially, I create a report for all items x needs to approve. In the sheet, I will have a checkbox column that indicates if something needs to approve or take action on the row. Then I use that column as a criteria to bring in rows to the report.
The user can view and edit just the rows they need to see, from within the report.
