How can I share files from OneDrive

Every time when I follow the steps by  it I get the message "try again later"

    One Drive is Microsoft and Tied to your Microsoft account and the folder on One Drive is probably not shared to others.

     

    Talk to your IT to see if you can have Shared folders, if so then move the files into there and try then
