Historical Report Status
I am looking to increase my efficiency when creating statistical reports.
Each week, we run a report to see how our projects are tracking (red, yellow, green traffic lights) but I what I want to do is keep each weeks statistics so that I can create a historical report of these figures.
At the moment, each week I need to export the report and store it in an excel sheet which contains the previous weeks reports.
Is there any way to do this in Smartsheet?

I would just move the previous weeks row(s) to another sheet to store the old data. Right click on the row number and select Move Row to Another Sheet.

Thanks for the suggestion Greg. Unfortunately, this is a report and so I cant move the rows around. If I had to move or copy rows into another place manually, I will continue to use excel for the historical values.

Right, understood!
You could export to Excel then import back into Smartsheet. Maybe add to an "Archive Workspace". Or attach the Excel files to rows in a sheet where you can track and organize these.

Luisa,
What sort of statistics are you building?
Can you post a screen shot?
