I used the dashboard as a way to communicate to many within our organization, as many of you do. Recently, this week, it looks like now when anyone clicks on any link within the dashboard a new window opens rather than a new tab within the same window. Also the new Tab is not expandable. I do not have this issue on any other program. Has anything or settings changed.. I searched but could not find..

I found a fix, looks like I needed to adjust Explore to select the POP UP as a new TAB.. Never needed to do in past...
