Automated Workflows Not Quite There

I wanted to use automation to help update fields in a sheet and that does not work.

If I update a field for example

When field "With" changes to "Cierr" change the complete column to "Star"

This does not work. I have to create a calculation in the cell to reference this.

It would be much easier to add automation for the entire sheet when something like this happens.

You already have this for approvals so not sure why we can't do this for sheet changes.

Not sure I follow!

Do you mean that you have a formula that should change the complete column to complete if a specific field changes to Cierr but that doesn't work?

Great idea to add the Approval structure to other workflows as well.

Hey Andre, I am thinking they would like the automated workflow to change values on the sheet when a specific column receives a specific value.

This is possible with formulas, but the foundation for doing this seems like it could be implemented in automated workflows. I would submit this as a product enhancement request.

Could i add my support to this (or ask that someone supports me in how to do a required Workflow Action)

I have a Sheet where I need to auditably record the dates on which cards are moved to certain Statuses. I would like Users just to move the Cards in Card view without having to manually remember to enter dates. The lock row Workflow achieves half of this (auditing) but not the conditional update to fields.

Does this match with what is requested above or is there a way to achieve the above?
