Web Forms How to keep certain information constant without continuously typing it in.

I have a question regarding Web Forms. 

 

My company wants employees to enter in their phone one time certain information such as Date, Name, Project #... and then typing in new data that changes such as sample # and data about the sample #.

 

One project could have 10 samples or 100 but all under the same project name. I would like to save my employees the trouble of constantly typing in their name, date, and other information multiple times. 

 

How can I do this simply

You can enter the information in as a default.  That way the info stay consistant.  If you do it this way then you will need to make a webform for each employee.  Or you could use the drop down feature.
