Non Global addministartors are unable to Connect to Office 365 via the Outlook App. All users here have logon access to the O365 portal. Othe Outlook apps we are using login with now issues. Users are getting a pop screen stating

Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.

We recieved a bad request.

On the previous page it states the user is already logged in, which we know they are.

Any advice on this one?

    Hi Rick,

This issue is likely related to permission settings on Office 365. It sounds like your Office 365 may not have given permission for all users to consent to third party applications.

In order to use the Smartsheet for Outlook integration, you'll need to have your administrator allow users to Consent to Applications, otherwise you'll continue to receive this error.
