Non Global addministartors are unable to Connect to Office 365 via the Outlook App. All users here have logon access to the O365 portal. Othe Outlook apps we are using login with now issues. Users are getting a pop screen stating

On the previous page it states the user is already logged in, which we know they are.
Any advice on this one?
