Dashboard Tutorials with data

Hi,

Can anybody point me to dashboard tutorials that include sample data?

I would like to complete the tutorial at https://www.smartsheet.com/how-set-project-management-dashboard-smartsheet however it doesn't include the data that is referred to in the tutorial (unless it is available and i am just too thick to find it?)

I'm specifically interested in Project Management dashboards with Smartsheet sample data.
