Moving Rows to another sheet - won't work

We have projects with a number of parent/child relationships. Once a project is completed it needs to be archived to another sheet however, Smartsheet doesn't seem to allow me to move them. Typically there is approximately 100 rows per project which I presume is part of the problem. I have tried selecting less rows and moving them but also unsuccessfully. Any solution anyone?
