Are the following limits the same for all customers:
* Max rows: 5000
* Max columns: 200
* Max cells: 200,000

I've been told the same limits by Smartsheet support for a long time on both the basic and team level subscriptons. While I've never had a sheet that pushed those limits, I have run into other limits that caused either long upload times or timeouts. There is apparently a 1MB save limit but there is no way you can tell how big a save is. I've had timeouts when I had large sheets with 20,000 long complex formulas (IFs of all types) and I would get timeouts so I had to break them up into two sheets by distributing some of the calculations.
I've also run into the 5000 incoming links per sheet limit a few times and had to rearchitect my approach to those sheets.
