Attachments with Update Requests
How can you send an update request for more attachments (photos) without sending the existing attachments for that row?

That is an excellent question.
I could not find a work-around.
I would add my vote to such a feature.

Hi Gary--
By design, sending an Update Request with the Attachments column included allows users to submit Attachments but not to view the existing Attachments. Please try sending yourself a test Update Request with the Attachments column included in the request and let me know if this accomplishes what you're looking for!

Kennedy,
I have tried this and when you send an update request with Attachments included, the person receives all the attachements and they can open them.
I want to be able to just get an update on the row. If I wanted them to have the attachments, then I would just send a row.
What would be good is to be able to include attachements, but be able to select which attachments to include in the update request. That way you can send all or none.
Thanks

+1 here please. We need to be able to solicit info without spamming inboxes.

please add my vote to this as well.
Based on Kennedy's response June 10, 2016, this should not be happening, by design.
Thanks,
Eric

Hello, new here. I would like to send an update request with a form that need to fill out and attach to send back to me. How do I do this? Or can i add a link to the doc?
