Setting up a simple notification
I want to set up a notification for when anything on a sheet changes. This used to be very simple thing to do but since these have now changed to Workflows the process doesn't appear to be so straightforward anymore. I keep getting an error message saying the workflow needs editing.

I am not sure what permission settings you are referring to.... I am the sheet owner and I just want to send myself a notification when somebody changes something on the sheet.

I just set up a notification like your's and it worked fine for me. You may end up needing to contact support.
