I'm not sure what this would involve technically but is there a way to forward an email chain to smartsheet resulting in the creation of a new card in cardview. I used a similar application at a former company and it was extremely helpful to be able to review my inbox in the morning and forward any conversations that had a specific task associated with it.
We are definitely considering enhanced email integration which might result in something along these lines. Would love to hear from other users here in the community about what types of emails you might forward to a sheet and how you expect them to appear in the sheet (e.g. create a new row, edit an existing one, add to the discussions of an existing row, etc.).
