Hello,
When a sheet is updated in Smartsheet will a report in Power BI automatically read that update? Without having to wait a day to refresh or having to reload to Power BI online, etc.

A refresh is needed to update the data. To keep the data up to date without manually refreshing, you could scheduled the refresh. More information on this can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-scheduled-refresh
