Unable to Access File
Everyone in our company is unable to access a file that we have created ourselves. The attached error asks that we Request Access but no one is getting an email.
Is there something else I can try? It is a document that has not been accessed in a few months. Would it be deleted after a certain period of time if that's the case?
If someone could help, it would be greatly appreciated
