I lost my Executive access

Hi guys, I have support ticket opened and I need asap status. pls help me. tk number: 03466957.

I lost my executive access and my all professionals are stopped. We use the smartsheet to all tasks with Kanban, timesheet, etc.

I haven't support number.. I sent e-mail but until now I haven't status.

I am receiving errorCode: 48 on one of my sheets
I am receiving errorCode: 48 on one of my sheets that is in a Workspace. All other sheets can be accessed except for the most important one. I have created 2 cases for this with no response from Smartsheet: Case# 08756481 Case# 08759594
Edit Smartsheet or Excel Template (can't locate)
I started using this smart sheet for study planning. I work FT and have a demanding study schedule. Need advice on sheet layout
I'm looking for some advice or suggestions on sheet layout. Attached is an apartment "booking" sheet, all currently manually entered from another source form. As you can see it's not well laid out, it doesn't easily show periods when a given room might (or might not) be available. In general, just very janky. But, I can't…
