Changing colors and company logo

Hello everybody,

I'm a licensed user and want to change the color of the sheets and the company logo. When I click in the account the "Personal colors and logo.."button and pop up window opens and want to upgrade me. As I don't need this, I close the window and I am back to the original screen.

Can anybody help?

Unfortunately, If you're on an individual plan, it's not included. Which plan do you have?
