Add meetings to Calendar

Hi ladies and gents,

Maybe I am trying to make this just all too difficult. Can I add multiple 'meetings' with start and end times into a calendar anywhere within SS?


Everything I can find that is calendar based has only 1 line, for one task input. I think I am after something similar to say, Outlook Calendar, just within SS. (for the life of me I cannot get the add on for SS to work with our Microsoft 365 license to sync).


Appreciate any thoughts or examples of what you are using.

    Hi Admin@Pat,

    Maybe I'm not understanding correctly however each meeting would be on a seperate line with it's own start and end dates and durations.

    You can have the duration be 1 hour or longer, whatever it is and as many as you want for that day. When you switch over to calendar view it looks just like Outlook.

    Hope this helps or am I missing something?

    Hi Heidi,

    I think you may be right - can I add start times and then duration in teh calendar view. Maybe I will have a play around with this and see what I cna come up with. I knew it had to be simple, so I think the best solution is to play and work it around till it works. Thanks!!
