Formula that Automatically changes Date when cell changes
Is there a formula that would automatically change its date to reflect the date a cell or column changes?
For example, I am creating a sheet where I want a formula that changes its date to reflect anytime someone changes the task, so the person changing the task's status doesn't have to change the date they updated the task either. Instead it automates for them.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Julie,
You could maybe use the Modified column to get the date of the latest change on the row/task, but it would only work if that is the only change.
Another option would be the third-party service/integration Zapier, which is an excellent option for this scenario. Is that an option for you?
Would any of those methods work?
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!
