Looking to create a summary smartsheet that has a list of sheet names in column A and shortcut links in column B. I know you can link cells within a sheet but i the desire is to link the entire sheet.

    Hi Tim,

Is it copy & Paste as a hyperlink?

    Justin,

    Β

Open a sheet. Click on the dropdown to the LEFT of the sheet name. Click on Properties. Β In the Sheet Properties box at the bottom is the link to the sheet. Copy and paste in your SS where you are storing sheet links.

    Β

    hope this helps.

Another option is to just have a list of sheet names, and use the Hyperlink function to directly link the Sheet Name (text) to the sheet! To do this, type in your sheet name, then right-click the cell and select Hyperlink, then click the button for "Link to other Smartsheet" and select the desired sheet from the list.Β

Using the Hyperlink function, you can either link the sheet via the URL (using Tim's copy from properties tip) or link to the sheet via an internal link by selecting the sheet as suggested by Kennedy.

    Β

The URL will open up a new tab in your browser.

The internal link will open up a new tab in the existing log-in.
