Dates Formula (IF?)

Dear, I need help

I need a formula that activates a status dependent on a date. I mean, it automatically gets the corresponding color if a few days have passed after sending a quote.

Example, if 3 days have elapsed since the date the quote was sent, the status should be automatically set to Yellow

And if 5 days have passed since the date the quote was sent, the status will turn red.

I can't find the right formula. I appreciate help. Thank you. (see image)

Try this:

=if([Sent Date]@row>=today()+5, "Red", if([Sent Date]@row>=today()+3, "Yellow", "Green"))

Sorry, got it backwards:

=if([Sent Date]@row<=today()-5, "Red", if([Sent Date]@row<=today()-3, "Yellow", "Green"))
