Approval flow for credit notes
Hi all,
I have set up the first draft for an approval flow to draw up credit notes. At the moment I have a flow set up as test that works very well for 1 condition - but I need to have a flow that includes 3 conditions:
- credit note approval request between 1-50 euro goes to person A
- credit note approval request between 51-250 euro goes to person B
- credit note approval request > 250 goes to person C
At the moment I don't know how the includes more than condition (that is not sequential). Can anyone help me out?
Thanks!

Hi,
You'd use three different Condition Paths for that.
- Credit Note is more than 250
- Between 51-250
- Between 1-50
Would that work?
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

And since we can now use formulas in a Contact Column, you can use an IF statement to drive who's info is populated on the sheet itself based on the amount. Then the workflow would be a single path sent to whomever is listed in the contact column.
I personally find formulas much easier to work with than multi-path workflows.

I like the multi-path workflows better because you can personalize the message, settings and more. It's more work, but I like the end result better.

Very true. I generally don't personalize much more than what you can do with placeholders though, so the extra work doesn't really make a difference for me. As a result, I hadn't really thought much about the additional levels of personalization/customization, but that does make sense.

A trick I sometimes is to use a specific column to add the text for the placeholder, and it can also JOIN information from multiple cells. I last used it for a client in the construction space to personalize the message to his contractors when they have an approved payment coming and to be able to add a little humor to the message.
