Hi SS Community! Please help if you can...

Help, I'm trying to access an external smartsheet but am unable because I'm logged into Smartsheet with an email address that is different from the one the external ss owner sent to. After my account was originally set up, my IT group had to change my email address but it never got changed in my SS account. 

Any ideas? :)
