Approval workflow

Hi Guys,

Im new to smartsheet , please help me. I created an approval workflow then if the approver is not around how I am going to reassign it to other approver without breaking the approval sequence.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi!

For example the approver is not available today due to some emergency outside work, or no available internet on his trip so he wont be able to approve some of the request.

Is there some way to change the approver even the request is sent out?

Happy to help!

It's not possible to change the one already sent, but we could add a trigger that would send it again but to another person. Would the other approver always be the same, or would you need to be able to change who it is?
