Project Time in Minutes vs Days

Has anyone tracked a project by minutes vs days?

Goal of the SmartSheet project is to create a software upgrade by minutes vs days.

Issue: The software upgrade typically takes 2 to 3 days. The upgrade schedule is by minutes and resources and task need to be schedule by minutes to plan the time the system will be down.

No License required I am sharing a published link, no license required to a group of people. The goal is for them to be able to edit the sheet.
