Problem with vlookup calculations
I am having a new problem with an existing Smartsheet that has worked fine until now. Existing workflows have stopped working. The problem does not appear to be workflow, but something else going on. We have a workflow that triggers off of a calculated field that is based on data in another Smartsheet. Users enter data into a form and submit the data. The data populates in the Smartsheet, but the entire column for the Vlookup calculation for all rows converts to #NOMATCH, and remains that way which is why the workflow is not triggering. Then as soon as someone goes to the actual Smartsheet (not the form), after just a few seconds, all the rows are updated for that Vlookup calculated field. This Smartsheet was working fine until recently. There were no changes to the sheet other than data.

This is the second time today I have seen a community members express issues with workflows that stopped working. Have you contacted support? This might be an issue with their service.

Thanks for the info. I have submitted a ticket already, but was hoping the community might have some ideas. Also, the community tends to respond faster.

The suggestion by djpreece resolved my issue. The primary column in the referenced sheet must be a text field and was used for the lookup from the referencing sheet. Once I added a new column as a contact list, populated it, and changed the reference range to incorporate that column, the lookups all recalculated and now remain that way. All the automation now works.
Very strange that the referencing sheet with the automation has worked for several years and chose this week to break. There must have been a change on the backend to close a loop hole.
Thanks all.

It looks like this is popping up for me too.
I have a series of reports feeding into a dashboard that aren't returning results:
When I got to the root sheet, all VLOOUP values show errors...then update after a couple seconds and the reports/dashboard work fine:
Both the root sheet and the VLOOKUP source sheet use the Primary column as reference, and I'm pulling back a Text/Number column to the root sheet.
One thing that may be relevant is that I copied the root sheet from a previous version, then updated the VLOOKUP formula to a new source. Maybe there's a
