Meeting Agendas - Are you utilizing Smartsheet's Meeting Management Template Set?

I am relatively new to Smartsheet and am interested in hearing how folks are utilizing Smartsheet’s Meeting Management template set. My organization is looking at potentially using the meeting management template for our meeting agendas and minutes but are running into a few snags.

We are considering using the template to track agenda items, attendance, action items, etc. however we are planning to keep the detailed notes from our meetings in OneNote with links back to Smartsheet as we can’t use rich text in sheets. Our other option is to keep everything in OneNote and use Smartsheet to track our attendance and action items (with links in OneNote back to Smartsheet).

For those of you using Smartsheet for your meetings, would you please offer any insight, tips & tricks as to how you made the template work for your institution? Any design ideas or workflows would be much appreciated.
