Moving rows from one sheet to another

We use Smartsheet for our production schedule. The schedule consists of 9 sheets that are all in a workgroup. Is it possible to setup a rule that would allow a row from one sheet to be moved to another sheet using the checkbox feature?

Thanks, Jim

There isn’t a built in function that will do this, but you could use Zapier which utilizes our API to perform automated actions. You could set up a Zap that would copy the contents of that row to another sheet if you checked a box. Check out zapier.com for more information.

  • Travis-from what I understand, Zapier can only "trigger" an action for one of these four situations:

    1. New row is added

    2. Row is updated

    3. New attachment is added

    4. New comment is added

I don't think it can happen based off a checked box.
