Impersonate capability for System Admins

As System Admin for another PPM tool, I had impersonate capability to use the appropriate permissions to emulate a user and quickly and easily support them without requiring their password. Is there a workaround in Smartsheet that provides a similar impersonate capability? Is this an enhancement request other System Admins would support?

Hi Christina,

What I do when I test solutions that I build for clients is to use users that I've added to my account. I've named them Admin, Editor and so on.

Would that work?

That isn't quite the same thing Andrée. 

The issue (at least for me) is not what a particular user type can do but what an actual real user is experiencing.

If I had $0.05 for every time I have heard "wow Craig, I've never seen THAT behavior before!" I'd be off the grid and enjoying a drink in some distant locale. Sometimes the assume-user feature lets the sys admins figure out what is going on. 

Otherwise, the refrain is "well, it works on my computer"

I should have been more clear! I use those users to log in (incognito) to that account to see it how they see it.
