Can the IF() formula use a conditional test from a different sheet?

it might be a pain to manage but you could "Link from cells in other sheet" and do your analysis that way.

Hi Dave-- At this point, we don't offer cross-sheet formulas, but this is something our Development team is considering for a future release and I've added your vote for this to our enhancement request list!

In the meantime, Brett's suggestion will probably be the way to go to perform calculations with values from multiple sheets.
