Approvers were having trouble with adding links and tab names using just the comments box. many times they were looking for boxes to fill out. So I decided to add new fields to the approver's form as per attached but when the approve opens it, he cannot add any data into the fields (link, tab name etc) they are all greyed out. Is this by design or am I missing a step? If by design does that mean I need to use only the update request form and scrap the approver form altogether? Thanks.
