HELP / VERY ANNOYED
Today my Business Administrator was going about her business and Smartsheets without any communication to me as admin and paid user license or prior notice, seems to think it was ok to commercialise the update request function and convert a free log in / collaborator into a paying account user.
They are no longer able to do any update requests!
Can someone help or address this problem.
We have grown our paid licenses from 3 to 7 and have embedded it into our admin flows and now Smartsheets are creating these barriers for us to continue to grow our use on the system.
Not a happy customer and my satisfaction or referral for others to use this system has cut in half (at least).
