I am attempting to use the 'Send Email' function and including fields in the email subject and body. I have attempted using the double handle bars but am not seeing the expected results. Any suggestions on what I may be missing?
Hi,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment when you use the send feature (it only works in Automation), but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

You can use placeholders in Automated Workflows. More information about how to do that is at the following link: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2477796-dynamically-add-cell-data-in-the-subject-and-body-of-request-messages
You can even set up a Workflow that will send an alert when you do something simple like check a box in the row which may be a similar experience to using the "Send..." menu item on the row - but hopefully it is even better!
If Automated Workflows won't work for your specific use case I'd love to learn more about why not and how we can improve it.

I know I can create a publicly accessible and editable link for the overall sheet/form, however, when I set up automated emails with links to the forms, the links to sheets/rows still require a login. Is there any way to get around it so that emails sent…
