Wehn my people use smartsheet on a phone or tablet they are not able to sort or filter a column. Is there something we are doing wrong or is this feature not available on a phone/tablet? If not, any work around ideas?

Today you can filter on mobile if you had a filter applied the last time you saved on the desktop by tapping the filter icon in the bottom toolbar, but you can't define a new filter on mobile. However, there's some great new filter functionality coming soon on the desktop and that will appear soon on mobile that will allow you to switch between multiple filters. More information on that will be headed your way soon! We don't yet have the ability to sort on mobile, but it's definitely on the list and we're working hard to get there.
