problem emailing by collaborators from within the app?

Hi One of our Enterprise clients is having an issue suddenly this week doing what they have allways been able to do previously as Free collaborators? That is sending an email from the row menu offering "email" .

They are now told they need to upgrade? anyone else suffering the same?

Is this an enhancement?

Unfortunately, yes. Smartsheet recently made a change that impacts free collaborators and unlicensed users and what they can do.
