Hi,

 

I am a beginer at using Smartsheet however have been successful to date in creating a workable module for my sales team, however, within one of my module sheets I have a list sales attributed to sales staff which uses a Decision drop down list "yes" symbol indicating a sale has been completed.

 

My question is, how can I create a count of these reults for each sales staff member in another sheet that shows a "Sales to date" against each sales person?

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as at the moment I am conducting a manual count.

Hello John,

 

Unfortunately, formulas in Smartsheets aren't able to access data in other sheets. You would either need to essentially copy all of the data from one sheet to another using cell linking (http://help.smartsheet.com/articles/861579-cell-linking) or perform this calculation inside your original sheet.
