Evaluate multiple sets of criteria in 1 column

Again I have spent too long trying to figure this one out!  Trying to create summary sheets and need to be able to evaluate a few different "Types" we track in 1 column.  I've got it down for tracking one type:

=SUMIFS([GBI Bid Amt]:[GBI Bid Amt], [Bid Year]:[Bid Year], 2019, Type:Type, "PR", [Successful Low Bid]:[Successful Low Bid], 1)

but cannot figure out how to add another Type.  The other type is SPR.
