Send form via email (not just link)

We have a form (survey) that we want to send out via email (not smartsheet automation because we dont want to share the sheet with the individuals we want responses from).

Instead of just sending a link - is it possible to "embed" the form in an email. I have been scouring the net for ways to embed html websites in email (we use gmail) but this is now beyond my capabilities.

When you send the Smartsheet form link you do not share any individuals to the sheet where the form lives. They can access the form only.
