Smartsheet down in certain area's ?

Dears,

 

Writing on the community as I am not getting any feedback on the support tickets.

Our Malaysian department (both our co-workers + local customer) is logging in but not able to work as the sheets are not loading - see screenshot.

Systems have been rebooted / logged out and in again and local IT checked - our end is fine.

Any assistance from the support on this community forum please?

    I'm down in Wisconsin, USA too.  Get a message that the remote device or resource won't accept the connection and wpad.home is not set up to accept connections on port "The World Wide Web service".  No response from Smartsheet Support.  Any help out there?

    As per my original mail, reached out to Smartsheet support but 0.00 feedback/support from Smartsheet on my mails.

    When trying to call the London office we get the message to send a support ticket,

    bit of a vicious circle..

     

    Hope to receive some feedback from Smartsheet one way or another.
