Sometimes a task is not assigned to one contact. Is it possible to add (for example) the task to two contacts?Regards,

This is a very sought after function that Smartsheet is currently working on. What I do is add a secong Assigned To column and use that. The issue with this, is the new column is NOT taken into consideration in your resource tracking. Only the 1st resource is looked at. Shouldn't be too long before we see this functionality I hope.

I know this is a bit clunky but the other option would be to duplicate your row and in the second row change the assigned to. This then allows resource tracking to work without issue.
