Hi there, 

 

So I am trying to the set up an Automation workflow for the following scenario:

 

If the task status is still in progress or not started, then the system will send a select user a notification 30 days after the set END DATE. 

This is what I set up in the workflow, but I don't believe this is correct.

Hi,

It doesn't look correct with the status options.  

Try removing the other statuses in the conditions. Did it work?

Thank your for your response! I forgot to mention - yes, I meant to include the other two statuses as well. The intention is to exclude "Complete" status.

I'd change the condition to Is not one of and select Complete to make it simpler.
