Delta/Slippage Formula

I can't seem to get the right formula together in my Active Projects Master Schedule to show the Delta/Slippage in the construction schedules.

I have individual columns for Original Finish (Date), Current Projected Finish (Date), and Change Order (CO) Days that are populating dates and numbers with cell linking from the individual project schedule sheets.

I know the formula for the Delta/Slippage needs to be: Original Finish + Current Projected Finish - Change Order (CO) Days = Delta/Slippage

Any ideas on how the formula should be put together in Smartsheet?  All my attempts end in error messages.

Are you trying to count the number of days between the Original and Current finish minus the change order? 

Try this. 

=Netdays([Original Finish]@row, [Current Projected Finish]@row) - [Approved CO days]@row

If you wanted to use working days instead of calendar days, use =Networkdays instead.

You should be able to go pretty basic with 

 

=[Original Finish]@row + [Current Projected Finish]@row- [Approved CO days]@row

.

Is that what you tried?

@Paul. I am unable to add two dates together to get a number. Is this something you've done before? I have to use netdays to get the number of days between two dates.
