Multi-Project Dashboard Template Set

Hi community!

I am attempting to use the Smartsheet-provided "Multi-Project Dashboard" template set.

I've successfully created a project plan template, but am very confused as to how to roll the individual projects up to a dashboard.

In the set, there is a rollup report, as well as a project master list. I'm having trouble figuring out how these 2 are used together to feed the dashboard template.

Has anyone successfully used this template set? Or, does anyone have any advice on how to (semi-easily) roll up data from multiple project plans to a dashboard?

Hi,

There are a few different ways to structure a solution.

In the Multi-Project template set, I think they used cell-linking to structure it.
