Web form with restricted access

Hi all,

 

I want to use a webform to collect details from my employees prior to their individual one to ones. They would recieve the webform on a monthly basis to complete. I would add any agreed actions to the sheet so we have a record.

 

However, the information will be confidential and I don't want one employee to know what another has said.

 

Unfortunately it appears that I have to share the sheet to be able to establish monthly alerts to the employees.

 

Is there anyway to establish a monthly alert that sends the employee the webform to complete, without them being able to view the smartsheet (with all the responses in it) itself?

It sounds like setting up monthly update requests would be more appropriate..have you tried that?

This might be my ignorance, but can I set up a monthly update request that still sends the user the webform? I believe you can only ask for the cells to be updated. 

 

The webform has important contextual notes around the questions asked, so I need them to recieve the webform itself.

 

If there a way to do what you suggest whilst still sending the webform?

No..it's one or the other unfortunately..you could just list all your additional notes in a comments column and include that in the update request..then in your email message tell them to refer to that section for more details..

Set up scheduling sheet to send the monthly reminder.

One of the columns in the sheet should contain a link to the WebForm of the goals/performance review sheet.
