Hiding comments from external reviewers
We want to be able to send out a link to third parties and capture their feedback, but we don't neccesarilly want them to have access to our internal discussions.
Since the publish settings only allow for read only or rich text (download with attachments and comments), I'm at a loss to figure out how to make it work.
Can Smartsheet expand on the set of permissions so that we can distinguish between external and intenral comments?
Thanks, Monica

Hi Monica,
Have you thought about maybe using a Web Form for the capturing of the feedback?
When the web form is filled out the data goes directly into the underlying sheet.
There is a bunch of information about web forms in the community and in the video and webnars.
Peace!

You could also look at possibly utilizing updat requests too

We're hoping that the Smartsheet product/dev team can provide a way for us to simply hide the comments column which often contains private internal notes/discussions (without our internal users needing to create workarounds and engage in extra work).
