Flag By Date Column 6 Weeks or Greater in the Past

Hi,

We have an order intake sheet that has an "Order Date" column and a Status Column. One of the ten selectable statues is "Complete"

What is the formula that I can use in a flag column to say - Flag any with an Order date 6 WEEKS OR GREATER, and Status NOT EQUAL to Complete?

Do you mean six weeks in the future or six weeks in the past?

Future:

=IF(AND(Status@row <> "Complete", [Order Date]@row >= TODAY(42)), 1)

Past:

=IF(AND(Status@row <> "Complete", [Order Date]@row <= TODAY(-42)), 1)

Past is what I'm looking for. The formula is correct, but I'm not getting any flagged items. The only flag I have is for a row that has nothing in the Status cell.

=IF(AND([BrandSource Status]@row <> "COMPLETED", [Order Date]@row >= TODAY(-42)), 1)

Try changing the > in the end to <.

Andree is correct. Switch the Greater Than in the last section to a Less Than.
