How to manage resource specific holiday calendar?
I use Smartsheet Project Management and Resources Management features regulalrly. It works great for standard work days and holiday calendar recorded for the project.
However, there are situations when we need to assmble specific resources on other wise non-working days. Can you let me know how I could manage start date, end date and duration for this kind of scenario to represent a factual plan.

Hello Satish—you might consider creating a different sheet to organize these resources, which you can then change the nonworking days on. Check out our Help Center article for more info on nonworking days on a sheet: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/516392-defining-working-non-working-holidays-on-a-project-sheet
Otherwise, you can use elapsed duration to have a task ignore ending on nonworking days in a sheet.
