Alerting a group

Is there yet a way to send a notification (alert) email to a group of people and not several individual emails?  We used to "send" rows to a SmartSheet group but now you can only do that if you are a Smartsheet owner.  We want to be able to discuss a row via email.

    You could have the owner of the sheet set up a workflow where if a checkbox column (perhaps labeled "Send Row") changes to have a row checked, it sends that row as an alert email to a specific group of people. 

    Make sure that the sheet owner includes Comments into the email alert sent, so that you can leave any necessary comments on the row before checking the box.

    If you need to re-send the same row, you could un-check the box, save the sheet, then re-check the box and it will trigger the workflow again.
