Issue with iPhones taking photos with forms
I've been trying to find a solution to this but I'm coming up empty. Long story short, we use a Smartsheet form through a web browser on a phone to collect information. It's sort of an inventory process. At the bottom of the form there is the option to submit files or photos in which we take photos to document different things.
The issue is that iPhones will only assign the same name to every photo (image.jpg) where as Android phones assign a unique name (2l342uwgignasdf.jpg). What ends up happening is Smartsheet will only allow one photo of the same name for each entry and thus one photo from iPhones. Has anyone else run into an issue like this or have any ideas on a solution?
Attached below shows an iPhone image at the bottom and then other images with unique names at the top.

Hi,
It works if you open the form in the app instead. Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!
